What passage did you find most important? Explain
I believe the Race and Respect Among Young Children is the more important passage.I think this is a big issue, if racism is starting in kindergarten,and its not addressed the kids will just believe its a normal part of life.This passage talks about this happening in classrooms, i believe it's a teachers responsibility to let the student know that what he is doing is wrong.Its really hard to believe but kids are racist , we might want to believe that they're innocent to this ,but little kids do look at kids from other races different.It's not their fault some our unfortunate to experience it for themselves or to their friends. I'm not saying all kids are racists but we've all seen it that one kid who thinks he's cool but making fun of another kid who's different.This passage opens up eyes and shows this can be fixed.
